Eligibility & Hours

Holy Trinity School offers Before and After Care for all students in Grades Pre-K through 8. Before Care (available for Pre-K) students to be dropped off at 7:00 am. The After Care program is open for all students from 2pm-6pm Monday through Friday.

Location

Before Care (Pre-K students only) is located in the Library. After Care is housed in the Notre Dame hallway in grades 1-3 classrooms. Parent pickup takes place at the After Care doors on the southeast side of the school.

Staff & Activities

Our friendly, qualified staff consists of a director and five staff members. Each day, students receive a snack as well as opportunities to complete homework, enjoy activities in our gymnasium or play on the outdoor playground (weather permitting).

Cost

K-8 students ($6/hr) and Pre-K students ($9/hr). Students are only charged for the time that they utilize these services. (Broken down by the minute.)

Please note: A late fee will be charged for any student that is picked up after 6:10 pm. This fee will be $5 for every minute past 6:10 pm.

Flexibility

The Before and After Care program is very flexible as we understand needs change. We ask that schedules are determined and communicated to classroom teachers at the beginning of the week.
