Years at Holy Trinity School: 12 Years

Background & Interests:  Mrs. Joyce has spent 12 years working in Holy Trinity Preschool, and she currently serves as an Educational Aide in the Intro to Preschool Class. She finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of children's first experience in a classroom setting. Her role allows her to witness their growth socially, emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually over the course of their first and very fast-paced year of learning. In addition to teaching, she takes great pride in becoming a trusted, safe figure in their world outside of their families, helping to build a positive, loving foundation for school.

Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Joyce cherishes her time spent with her family. She and her husband, Butch, have three children: Meredith, Lauren, and Matthew. Being a mother is the greatest gift of her life, and she enjoys hosting holidays, parties, and Sunday dinners. Raised in a large, loving Italian family, Mrs. Joyce was instilled with core values like faith, love, and laughter, which she brings into her classroom to foster an environment of honesty, respect, and responsibility.

In her spare time, Mrs. Joyce loves to walk, spend time with friends, and volunteer at events that hold special meaning for her. Her commitment to her community and her values continues to shape her approach to both teaching and life.
