Years at Holy Trinity: 12 Years

Background & Interests:  Mrs. Heitz has spent many years supporting the students at Holy Trinity, providing them with a nurturing and organized lunchroom experience. As the lunchroom manager, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring each meal is served with care and attention to detail. She and her dedicated lunch staff prepare all meals fresh and ensure they are healthy, giving students nutritious options each day.

Mrs. Heitz’s dedication to the school community runs deep, as she and her husband, Brian, have strong ties to Holy Trinity. Their children, Caroline and Andy, both attended Holy Trinity and received their education in this very school. She is incredibly proud of both of them and cherishes the strong foundation the school provided for their growth.

Outside of her work at Holy Trinity, Mrs. Heitz is an avid supporter of her children’s journeys and enjoys celebrating their accomplishments. Her pride in their achievements is immeasurable, and she enjoys reflecting on the wonderful memories of their time as students at Holy Trinity. She and Brian share a deep sense of gratitude for the school community that helped shape their children into the amazing individuals they are today.



In her free time, Mrs. Heitz enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether it’s hosting gatherings or simply enjoying each other’s company. She is also passionate about cooking, often preparing meals for family and friends. Her love for nurturing and caring for others shines through in both her personal life and her role as the lunchroom manager at Holy Trinity.
