Years at Holy Trinity: 3 Years

Background & Interests:  After serving as a Montessori teacher for 18 years, Mrs. Genin joined the Holy Trinity community. The family quickly fell in love with the faith-based education and sense of community that Holy Trinity offers. When her younger son Dimitri enrolled in 6th grade, Mrs. Genin became a preschool aide and has adored working in the preschool ever since. Her passion for nurturing young minds and guiding them through their early educational experiences makes her a beloved part of the preschool team.

Outside of school, Mrs. Genin enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their two children, Katya and Dimitri, who will be graduating from Holy Trinity this year. Mrs. Genin cherishes the close-knit bonds they share, especially within their large Greek family. Family gatherings are a regular and much-anticipated part of their lives.

In addition to her love for teaching, Mrs. Genin has a variety of hobbies that keep her active. She teaches Greek dancing at her church and is learning how to play pickleball (though she admits it’s a work in progress!). Mrs. Genin and her family also share their home with a cat named Oliver, who is a beloved member of the family.
