Lunch Program
Lunches include an entrée, two sides, fruit, and choice of milk or water. The student lunch cost is currently $4.25. In the event that your child has forgotten lunch, we will always provide them with a substitute forgotten lunch for a charge of $4.25, which will be added to their account. This cost includes milk or water. Lunch must be pre-ordered in FACTS (see below). We do not accept cash in the cafeteria.
The use of outside vendors affects the price of lunches. For example, Jimmy John’s Subs offer a larger 8-inch sub for ordering that will be available for $7.25. All Jimmy John’s lunches include a drink, chips and fruit. Firehouse Subs lunches are available for $4.25 with a 4-inch sub, and 8-inch sub meals may be purchased at a cost of $8.25. Pizza and sub companies will be alternated every other week. Vendor choices will include Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Firehouse Subs, and Jimmy John’s Subs.
Gluten Free items are also available through our vendors. Please choose items that are labeled “gluten free” or GF”. Items are also available gluten free that are cooked in the kitchen. Pre-Order Lunches
Our cafeteria runs on a PREORDER basis only.
The FACTS system allows you to deposit monies from a checking account or credit card connected to your family account into an account that will be used at school for a la carte drinks and preordering lunches each month.
Lunches must be preordered in our system by our set date each month.
Please note: Our system can not be re-opened after the deadline. Accounts are not credited after orders are placed so be sure to check dates for field trips and doctors appointments before ordering.
A La Carte Funds
At Holy Trinity School, our lunch program offers a variety of a la carte items for students in grades 3 through 8. Available items include milk, water, chips, yogurt, popcorn, cookies, rice crispy treats, and more.
To ensure a smooth purchasing process, parents are reminded to add extra money to their child's lunch account to cover any a la carte purchases, as we do not accept cash in the cafeteria.
This system helps streamline the checkout process and ensures that students have access to additional nutritious and tasty options during lunch.
Lunch Help Sign Up
We are seeking volunteers for lunch duty to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our students.
Duties include assisting younger students with opening their lunch items, lending a helping hand where needed, and wiping down tables after meals.
