Background & Interests:  Mrs. Filippi has an extensive background in education, with an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Miami University. She began her career teaching general education for nine years before taking time off to raise her four children. After returning to the workforce, she began her role as an Intervention Specialist at Holy Trinity, where she’s spent the past seven years. Her passion lies in building confidence in children and teaching them in ways that cater to their unique learning styles.

As an educator, Mrs. Filippi places great value on developing strong relationships with her students, believing that a supportive and positive classroom environment fosters a love for learning. She is committed to helping her students succeed, not only academically but also by nurturing their growth and confidence.

Outside of school, Mrs. Filippi enjoys spending time with her family and embracing outdoor activities. She loves skiing, traveling, and dancing, which are some of her favorite ways to bond and create memories with her loved ones.
